The Diploma of Business gives you a full year of grounding across the core disciplines of commerce — accounting, marketing, economics and management — before you specialise. Classes are held on our Curepipe campus and taught to the same standard expected in Year 1 and 2 of the Bachelor of Business, so the transition into degree study is seamless rather than a leap. Most students use the Diploma as a direct, credit-bearing route into either the Accounting or Marketing & Management stream of the Bachelor.

On successful completion, graduates receive full credit into Year 2 of the Bachelor of Business, choosing either the Accounting or Marketing & Management specialisation — with no units to repeat and no time lost.
